Have you been searching for a Pensacola beach house with a private pool and hot tub on Pensacola Beach? Well, we have it!

We've worked hard to make sure our guests of all ages enjoy our new addition!

The 12' x 24' pool has a shallow area that is about 6” deep for mothers and babies, or grandparents, or sunbathers who want to stay cool in the water. It also has shallow steps, then gradually slopes from 3’6” to 5’7”, with special 4-color rotating lighting in the pool at night!

Two water jets, one on each side of the pool deck, shoot water into the shallow end of the pool. There is plenty of room around the pool for tables and chairs, and there is also an 87' bench that surrounds most of the pool It's great for sunbathing and at night it has indirect lighting underneath that gently lights the entire pool area.

In addition, we also have an 8' 6" diameter HOT TUB with the same rotating 4-color lights that are sychronized with the pool !!! Between the pool and the hot tub, it's double the fun!

The pool and hot tub area are surrounded by a 6' privacy fence and a 5' metal fence, with the required security gates and latches. The two gates that open into the pool area open away from the pool, so no small child can push the pool gates open and walk into the pool area. They also are spring loaded so that they automatically close when you let go of them. Both gate latches are 54" or more from the ground. That means that you have to be able to reach over 4' 6" high to open the gates.

There are also two outdoor hot/cold showers!

The pool has a salt system that eliminates the harsh chemicals that most chlorine system pools have. Even though we refer to it as a “salt system”, the water is not salty. The advantage is that it will not turn your hair “green”, won't dry your skin out, or make your eyes burn like the chemicals that go along with chlorine systems do. The salt water transforms into chlorine through a special process, so you still have the sanitization of the chlorine. A salt system is a great step in advancement of pools!

During the day Grandpa and Grandma can relax beside the pool, and if they’re not working on their tans, they can relax in the outdoor covered "Family Room Down Under" which is under the house (the house is on pilings) where there is a picnic table, a high table and 4 chairs, plenty of other lawn chairs, and a hammock! From there they can watch everyone in the pool and at the same time enjoy the constant cool ocean breeze. (Or they can snooze in the hammock.)

At night, the "Family Room Down Under" is lighted, so the entire family can enjoy outdoor entertaining to its fullest, both in the pool, the hot tub, and the covered "Family Room Down Under" area! You will be able to have outdoor “picnics” around the clock! We also have a charcoaler. Can't you taste the hamburgers, hot dogs, and steaks now?

With the Gulf of Mexico just one short block away, you will have the best of both worlds to choose from: swim in the Gulf, swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub!

Many families have found that our Pensacola Palm beachhouse is the perfect home for their family reunion, birthday celebration, wedding, or just making memories to last a lifetime. Life goes by so fast, don’t let the opportunity for making those precious memories pass you by. The fun you have in our Pensacola Palm beachhouse and at the beach will be relived for a lifetime!

We have worked very hard to make sure our Pensacola Palm beachhouse is clean, smells good, is comfortable, and well equipped. We care about your comfort!

For those of you who have rented from us before, we have remodeled the living area, and now the main floor offers an open living room/kitchen area where everyone can congregate to play games, eat together, watch TV, and make memories. The kitchen is part of the living area, so no one is left out.

We have everything you will need to serve meals for your hungry crowd! Cooking equipment of all kinds, silverware, serving/cooking utensils, and even recipe books are provided. Other items for your convenience are a coffee pot with a timer, toaster, microwave, large broiler oven, Jennaire range with a conventional/convection oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Our dining room table expands to seat 10, and our living room/dining area will comfortably seat 17.

In a little over 1½ minutes, the length of two backyards, you will be on Pensacola Beach and at the Gulf of Mexico! Just walk down either of the designated walkways. One is one house to your left, and the other is two houses to your right. The Sound is only about 2 blocks away in the opposite direction.

We can provide sleeping arrangements for 11 guests. There is room for everyone to get together, or room for individual privacy. We've furnished it as if we were going to be living in it ourselves full-time. Our beachhouse is your beachhouse!

Those members of your family who prefer fun in the sun can enjoy the upper deck with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our back master bedroom opens directly onto that same sun deck and overlooks the pool and hot tub area below. You can see and hear the waves from our home!

Or, you can let the cool ocean breeze run its fingers through your hair as you relax in the shaded, spacious "Family Room Down Under".

For our smaller guests we have pint-sized indoor/outdoor chairs, and an indoor table with 4 chairs. We have even thought of our smallest guests. You will find a Pac ‘n Play, recliner/highchair/booster seat, a regular high chair, and a baby gate.

On the main level is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and whirlpool tub, and another master bedroom that opens to the deck has a queen sized 4 poster bed and shower. We get a lot of compliments on the comfort of our mattresses.

We also have a "twin" bedroom that has 2 twin long beds (a twin long is exactly half the width and the same length as a king sized bed) and another regular twin bed that pulls out from under one of the twin long beds. That bedroom uses the hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

Then we have a 3rd floor loft with a wall of glass that looks out to the Gulf with a queen bed.

We also have a queen sized sleeper/sofa in the living room.

All bedrooms and living areas have TVs, some with VCRs or DVD players. For a fun evening of drawing the family together and friendly competition, you can choose from games such as Monopoly, Scattergories, cards, checkers, etc. Jigsaw puzzles, search-a-word books, various magazines and children's toys are also available for your enjoyment.

We have an 80 gallon hot water tank so you can relax in the whirlpool tub AND have other members of your family taking long, hot, soothing showers or baths in any or all of our three bathrooms.

There is enough parking space for 4 cars in the driveway and 2 in the circle drive.

All our furniture is either new or antique. We have worked really hard to make sure you have a clean, comfortable, fully equipped, carefree home to relax in! After all, you’ve worked hard and you deserve it!

This is absolutely a NO SMOKING, NO PET home!
